Write to us about your hotel — the steps below show what happens next. You never enter a password on this site.
How it works
- Request You write to us at support@otelumo.com — what to include is below.
- Review We review the request and open your hotel. You get an email with your hotel’s address and a link to set your password.
- Launch You set your password; the launch wizard asks for the time zone and currency, rooms and prices.
- Team You add staff and housekeepers yourself, from the cabinet.
Your request
Write to support@otelumo.com and include:
- the hotel name;
- city and country;
- how many rooms the hotel has;
- how we should address you;
- a phone number, if you prefer a call.
Do not send passwords, IIN/BIN, passport data or files — they are not needed.
The last line of the email template is your consent to the processing of this data under the Personal Data Processing Policy.
You will set your password on our side via the link in the email telling you your hotel is open — this site never asks for a password.
